The news about Simi’s pregnancy has always been one of the most ever-present topic on the internet as it never ceases to be talked about.
Many social media users in the past have carried and spread rumours about the singers alleged pregnancy after her wedding with
Adekunle Gold which were found later to be untrue. However, it now seems the past rumours have now waited until later to turn into reality. Simi in a lengthy write-up has taken to her Instagram page to share her opinion and dreams on how she wants Nigeria to look
The singer also analysed what needs to be
done to get Nigeria working well in order to become the dream destination of many around the world and most importantly to
be a comfort zone for her citizens as well
as her inhabitants.
She wrote; “Imagine the magic we could do in this country if it were conducive. If
electricity was stable. If the health sector
was reliable. If public education was up to standard, etc…
“We Nigerians go outside and give out the magic we could so easily bestow on our own land because even when u try to work it here, it doesn’t work. Doctors, creatives,
tech people, entrepreneurs…etc. We’re capable – we just need a chance to show it.
I wish with all my heart the leaders would put Nigeria and the people first. Not their
greed, nor their thirst for power. Imagine, just imagine actually making this country
work and having ur children grow up proud they were born to people that care enough to make a difference for everyone – not just for themselves. Imagine foreigners being
desperate to come to Nigeria because it’s incredible.
Also bloggers, you need to do better men.
Most Nigerians go to you for ALL of their
Nigerian news and most of what you have to offer is the pain, the bad, the evil, the chaos. People come to u and practically everything u have to say is depressing.
Everyone else sells their country so well, we wanna run there – but we drag our country in the mud so well, nobody sees anything
good in us. Also the people, everything has been
difficult and frustrating so long, you’re becoming the thing you detest. We don’t even try anymore. We’re just as bad. Break the law cos you can. You steal cos you can.
No one understands that all we have is us.
And when we lose that, we have nothing left. There’ll always be stupid people – but you definitely don’t have to be one of them.
Do better. Think bigger. Money, fame,
power, likes, talent, traffic is not everything.
It only lasts as long as people are paying attention. Do better.”

was a No! No! The singer made this known today, after
she put a question seeking post on her IG story for Fan to drop in their question, then a particular act came all out.

X3M recording artiste, Simi has reacted to Naira Marley’s statement about her supposedly snubbing him at the recently held Homecoming.
This issue, which has been going on for
weeks now was recently addressed by Simi on Friday the 26th of April in an interview where she said she does not
have any issue with Naira Marley. She
admitted that while they’re not friends, they’re also not enemies, and further admitted that she saw him at the event, but he also saw her and didn’t approach her. She
“To be honest with you, I have zero issues with Naira Marley, I don’t have anything against him, he is not my enemy. We are not
friends, we are not enemies. I saw him coming, we did not make eyes contacts, he did not talk to me, I did not talk to him. It is
funny because he didn’t do anything to me, he did not directly disrespect me…he is not the first person that would say what he is saying. “I’m not a stupid person, I’m not going to
antagonize you because I’m not dumb. I like to mind my business. Probably he saw something and said something else. But he never spoke to me, he didn’t approach me
and I saw that and I said whatever makes you happy. And for me I’m a big picture person, I
look at the big picture and if you are not in the picture, I’m not going to stress myself,”
Naira Marley had been directly and indirectly dragging Simi on social media after their
one-sided encounter at the Homecoming
concert on the 21st of April 2019, which started from their opposing opinion about
internet fraud. While Simi had expressed
total disdain for the criminal act, Naira
Marley had supported and even told people
to glorify whatever they’re doing, plus asking
Nigerians to pray for Yahoo boys.
This obvious clash of opinion contributed to Naira Marley’s recent attack on Simi; from calling her out during his Live video to mentioning her name in posts and responding to posts about her. Naira Marley also called Simi out after this video, saying she’s guilty, of what crime is yet to be
Simi has provoked a lot of people… Clearly seen as a man comes for Simi in this video… He says; “You sell your table tickets for 20 million Naira, which regular Nigerian can afford that if not the fraudulent ones, the ashawo & the evil politicians” He continues…
Simi who retreated her stands on Yahoo boys spoiling the image of hard working Nigerians with their fraudulent schemes, has stated that she is not the enemy.
The singer who shared a rejoinder video to the one she shared earlier, stated that every week Nigerians are arrested in different countries across the world for fraud and this is indirectly stopping the progress of innocent Nigerians.
Simi who stated that the world is laughing at us, added that some Nigerians who are looking for the smallest opportunity to
make ends meet are sometimes told by international companies that they can’t work with Nigerians because of the fraud perpetrated by yahoo boys.
Simi in a live video chat with her fans tried to address the issue of internet fraud/cyber crime in Nigeria as it doesn’t speak well of the country… While in the live video, a fan tried to justify internet fraud by saying “It is the money we use in buying your songs”. Simi as it seems got provoked by the user’s wordings as she doesn’t see that reason justifying enough to steal someones money. On that note, Simi declared that Yahoo boys should stop buying her music if buying her music seems to be the reason for internet fraud. Wow! What a reliable Nigerian Simi is!
